An online order may return – 

A. During Delivery ::
Found damaged packet during delivery.
Found the product in unhygienic condition.
Found the product packet tempered.

B. After Delivery ::
Return Time : Must be with in 72 hours .
The original product packaging must be remaining unchanged.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
If you get wrong product, inside the delivery packet.

C. Refund Policy ::
Refund policy will only be applicable without deducting refund charge
If
The product is not available in the stock currently.
During delivery If you found any problem in the product (damaged, tempered, unhygienic or unusable)
Important
For without any valid cause or change of minds the refund amount will given after deducting refund charge and the amount will be minimum 3% to maximum 10% on paid amount. There will be no refund for EMI payment.

D. Exchange ::
If
The original product packaging remaining unchanged.
Returned items have no visible signs of wear or use.
If you get wrong product, inside the delivery packet.

You can get an exchange at any of our outlets with in 72 hours.
